Futkar – Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Futkar platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering, accessing, or using Futkar, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.
  • If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

Futkar provides digital business management solutions including but not limited to:

  • Website creation and hosting
  • Lead management
  • Items, Offers, FAQs, Links & Media management
  • Notifications and customization tools
  • Wallet system and quota-based Add-Ons

Services may be offered under Free Plans, Paid Base Packs, and Add-On quotas as defined on the Pricing page. Futkar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion.

3. User Obligations

Users must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information
  • Ensure uploaded content complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials

Users must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to damage, hack, or misuse the Platform
  • Upload malware, spam, or harmful content

4. Pricing, Plans & Quotas

Futkar operates on a Free + Paid subscription model:

  • Users may subscribe to Base Packs (Starter, Business, Premium) on a monthly basis
  • Each Base Pack includes predefined quotas for Items, Offers, FAQs, Links, Media, and Customization
  • Add-Ons are one-time quota boosters and are non-refundable
  • A Free Pack is available with limited features

All pricing, limits, and inclusions are governed by the Pricing, Payment & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. Payments, Wallet & Auto-Renewal

  • Payments can be made via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, or supported gateways
  • Futkar provides a My Wallet feature for in-platform payments
  • Wallet balance can be used for Base Packs, Add-Ons, and renewals
  • Wallet balance is non-withdrawable and non-refundable once added

Auto-Renewal

  • Base Packs renew automatically unless cancelled
  • If wallet balance is available, renewal fees will be auto-deducted
  • If balance is insufficient, services may pause or be restricted
  • Any payment authorizes Futkar to charge the selected payment method or wallet balance

6. Activation, Cancellation & Refunds

Service activation begins immediately when any of the following occurs:

  • Website or digital tools are created
  • Dashboard access is enabled
  • Quotas are assigned
  • Hosting or technical resources are allocated

Once activated, services become non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only when:

  • Service was not activated
  • Duplicate or accidental payment occurred
  • A verified technical failure occurred from Futkar’s side

Non-Refundable:

  • Activated plans
  • Used or partially used services
  • All Add-Ons
  • Wallet balance

Detailed rules are governed by the Pricing, Payment & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform software, design, trademarks, logos, and systems are owned by Futkar. Users retain ownership of their business content but grant Futkar a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and manage such content for Platform functionality.

8. Data & Privacy

All personal and business data is handled according to Futkar’s Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, users consent to data collection and processing necessary for service delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Futkar is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Futkar does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Futkar may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abuse of refund or wallet system
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity

Users may close their account via the dashboard after clearing any outstanding dues.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Amendments

Futkar may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
