Futkar – Pricing, Payment & Refund Policy

This Pricing, Payment & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains fees, subscriptions, payments, cancellations, wallet usage, and refund rules for the Futkar Platform (“Platform”). By using Futkar, you agree to these terms.

1. Pricing Overview

Futkar offers Free and Paid Base Packs along with multiple Add-Ons to increase limits based on user needs.

Base Packs

  • Starter Pack – ₹19/month
    Items: 5 • Offers: 2 • FAQs: 10 • Links: 20 • Media: 25 • Leads: Unlimited
  • Business Pack – ₹49/month
    Items: 25 • Offers: 10 • FAQs: 50 • Links: 100 • Media: 125 • Leads: Unlimited
  • Premium Pack – ₹99/month
    Items: 100 • Offers: 40 • FAQs: 200 • Links: 400 • Media: 500 • Leads: Unlimited • Customization: 1
  • Free Pack – ₹0/month
    Businesses: 1 • Leads: Unlimited

Add-Ons

Add-Ons work only when a Base Pack is active.

  • Items: 5 for ₹10 • 25 for ₹25 • 100 for ₹50
  • FAQs: 10 for ₹10 • 50 for ₹25 • 200 for ₹50
  • Offers: 2 for ₹10 • 10 for ₹25 • 40 for ₹50
  • Links: 20 for ₹10 • 100 for ₹25 • 400 for ₹50
  • Media: 25 for ₹10 • 125 for ₹25 • 500 for ₹50
  • Customization: 1 for ₹50

Add-Ons are one-time quota boosters and fully non-refundable.
All prices are shown in INR and may include applicable taxes.

2. Payment Terms

  • Accepted methods include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other supported gateways.
  • Completing a purchase authorizes Futkar to charge your selected payment method.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated.

3. Subscription & Renewal

  • Base Packs operate on a monthly subscription unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Users must keep billing information updated to avoid service interruption.

Auto-Renewal Refund Rule

Refunds for auto-renewal are allowed only if the service is not used after renewal. Any usage (login, edits, views, website run, quota consumption) makes the payment non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed only when:

  • Service has not been activated
  • Order was placed by mistake
  • A billing or technical issue occurred from Futkar’s side

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Payment made but service not activated
  • Duplicate or accidental payment
  • Wrong plan purchased
  • Confirmed technical failure or non-delivery from Futkar’s side

Non-Refundable:

  • Once service activation starts
  • If dashboard, website, or tools are accessed
  • Change of mind after activation
  • All Add-Ons
  • Partially used plans or unused remaining days

Important:
Activation immediately makes the plan non-refundable as system resources, hosting, setup, and user environment are created instantly.

6. Service Activation Policy

Service activation begins when:

  • Website or digital tools are created
  • Username, theme, or setup starts
  • Quotas are assigned
  • Dashboard and editing tools are enabled
  • Hosting and technical resources are allocated

After activation, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

7. Failed or Disputed Payments

  • If payment is deducted but service is not activated, it is usually a bank-side delay.
  • Banks typically reverse such payments within 3–7 working days.
  • You may share payment proof for tracking.
  • Repeated disputes or false claims may lead to temporary suspension.

8. Abuse & False Claims Prevention

Fake refund requests, repeated attempts, or misrepresentation may result in immediate rejection or account action.

9. Policy Updates

Futkar may update this Policy at any time. A revised “Effective Date” will be published. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

11. Wallet System

Futkar provides a My Wallet feature allowing users to add money securely and use it for Base Packs, Add-Ons, and other services.

Wallet Usage

  • Usable for all paid services on Futkar
  • Minimum recharge: ₹50, ₹100, ₹200, ₹500 or custom amount
  • Wallet updates instantly after payment confirmation

Wallet Refund Policy

  • Wallet balance is non-refundable once added
  • Cannot be withdrawn to bank, UPI, or external platforms
  • Refunds only for failed or duplicate recharges

Auto-Renewal via Wallet

  • If balance is available, renewal happens automatically
  • If balance is insufficient, renewal may fail and services pause

Wallet balance does not expire while the account remains active. Wallet is for in-platform use only and is not a bank deposit.
