1. Plan Cancellation
You can cancel your plan or service anytime before activation or within the allowed cancellation window mentioned at the time of purchase.
Cancellation is allowed if:
- The service hasn’t been activated yet.
- The order was placed by mistake.
- There is a billing or technical issue from our side.

Eligible for Refund:
- Payment made but service not activated.
- Duplicate payment or wrong plan purchased.
- Technical failure or non‑delivery from our side.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- If the service is already activated.
- If the customer has started using the website/service.
- Change of mind after activation.
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2–5 working days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your refund is processed.
4. Service Activation Policy
Service activation begins as soon as your website or digital tool is created. Once activated:
- Your username, theme, and website setup start immediately.
- System resources are allocated specifically for your account.
- Customization features become available.
- Cancellations after activation are non-refundable.
5. Plan Validity & Non‑Refundable Usage
Accessing any of the following services makes the plan non‑refundable:
- Hosting charges
- Dashboard access
- Website builder tools
- Themes & templates
- Unlimited edits
- Customer support
6. Auto‑Renewal Policy
- Refunds for auto-renewal are only possible if services are not used after renewal.
- If the system shows login, edits, visits, or usage — refund cannot be issued.
- To turn off auto-renewal: contact support via email or WhatsApp.
7. Payment Failures
- If money is deducted but the order did not reflect, it’s usually a bank-side issue.
- Refunds are processed by the bank within 3–7 working days.
- You may share a screenshot with us for tracking.
8. False Claims & Abuse of Refund Policy
- Multiple refund attempts, fake claims, or misrepresentation may result in denial of refund requests.
- Accounts may be temporarily suspended if abuse is detected.
9. Legal Compliance
- This policy follows Indian digital service guidelines: IT Act 2000 and Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules 2020.
